For registered Site Seal users, they are required to only use the Site Seal on their registered site and for no other purpose. They shall not represent CustomerFriendly.org or any of its employees in any way. Complaints& Resolution Visitors and customers will be able to click on the site seal of our featured members and submit a complaint about the merchant. CustomerFriendly.org will notify the merchant within 3 business days of the complaint, and offer them the opportunity to resolve the issue. At no point will CustomerFriendly.org or any of its employees or partners get evolved in resolving any dispute. In no way are we able to guarantee any member of CustomerFriendly.org, or offer warranties of any kind of their products or services. Members comply to our customer service standards at will. It is only via the complaints that we can monitor their compliance. Loss of Service CustomerFriendly.org reserves the right to revoke any membership for any reason. Furthermore, we reserve the right to remove a website's Site Seal display privileges if 3 complaints are received in any one month calendar period. Refunds & Cancellations If you choose to cancel your service, or are removed because of too many complaints you may be entitled to a partial refund. For members who have been a paid and active member for 6 months or less, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations. For memberships greater than 6 months, no refund will be issued. For new members who have been a Featured Member for 30 days or less, a full refund will be issued minus a $3 processing fee. Copyright The entire content of this site, including text and graphics is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of CustomerFriendly.org. You may not use any portion of the site for purpose of publishing on another site, or use in any way with out written permission. Use of the Site Seal is granted to members upon approval of their application, and is valid for only the term that they are a member.
