The Site Seal Program The CustomerFriendly.org Seal Program is offered exclusively to those with a Featured Listing. As a member you have the right to display the Seal on your site, which proudly lets visitors know that you have pleged to be customer service friendly. When a visitor clicks on the seal they will see a pop-up that tells them that you're customer service friendly, and that all of your contact methods have been verified. Give your customers the confidence to buy from you, let them know you are dedicated to excellent customer service. This is the actual site seal you can display. When a user clicks on it they'll see contact information about your site.  Featured Listings Featured Listings are shown at the top of the category results with an orange border. They are clearly marked under "Customer Friendly Merchants" so shoppers will have no doubt.  A Full 1 Year Membership with the Site Seal and Featured Listing is $25.
